Bio

Nerida Bronwen is an Australian stage, screen and voice over Actor. She grew up on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Her parents introduced her to film, theatre, music and art from a young age, and with a grandmother who literally ran away to join Silvers Circus in the 1940's; performance was in her blood. At 3 years old after playing Snow White at her Kindergarten, she decided this was what she wanted to do. 

She started her professional Acting career at 14 working on Aussie TV series and national and international commercials.

After graduating high school, she received a Bachelor in Creative Arts, Performance Drama from (formerly named) Wesley Institute; an arts college in Sydney. Stage-wise she has been in performances of Bertolt Brecht's 'The Caucasian Chalk Circle', Frederico García Lorca's "The House of Bernarda Alba, Samuel Beckett's 'Waiting for Godot', John Patrick Shanley's 'Danny and the Deep Blue Sea' among others. She played pivotal character Audrey in the Australian play 'Dead Skin' written by Laneikka Denne in it's Los Angeles Premiere in 2022. 

Some of Nerida's Film and TV credits include: Home and Away, Deadly Women (Hulu), Award winning short 'Lowering Awareness', The Tenant and Aussie TV series '600 Bottles of Wine', which after airing on Australian Network Television was picked up by Netflix. It also aired on UK's BBC Three, and platforms in Canada, Finland and NZ. 

She made the move to Los Angeles in 2017. 

Her keen ability in accents and wide vocal range has also lead her into Voice Over work where she quickly gained momentum. In 2026, she landed the role of Richeh in the English Dub of the much anticipated Anime "Witch Hat Atelier" currently airing on Crunchyroll. See Nerida's other VO work.

Apart from acting, Nerida is an avid runner, writer, producer and singer. She has been in, written, directed and produced a diverse collection of music videos. She holds a black belt in American Kempo Karate and is also an Award Winning Painter! Nerida is an ADHD Coach and helps support people, particularly women of all ages; manage their ADHD. Diagnosed with ADHD at 7 years old, Nerida is very outspoken on the topic and works to raise awareness and understanding for Neurodivergent people.
